DOCE (Dreams Our Children Enjoy)
Another innovative Membership Retention Project, RCPMetro invited our children as guest speakers every month. They shared their professions, aspirations, family, and even how Rotary made an impact in their lives.
Other children joined the clubs in community projects (Meal from the Heart, Stepping Stone Fellowship), regularly serves as volunteers (Clinica Familia) and district programs (as major participants in the Little Mermaid – DISCON).
The project strengthened our bond as a Family in Rotary with our children and spouses involvement in our club activities. It also made a high attendance rating of 75% on club meetings whenever we have the children as guest speakers. A simple and yet fulfilling time we all enjoyed.
